Case explanation
A Chinese woman in her 30’s (gravida 0, para 0)
Chief complaint: Abnormal vaginal bleeding
Medical history: Appendicitis
She was aware of abnormal vaginal bleeding, and was referred to our hospital.
MRI revealed masses (69x61x27mm) growing externally from the posterior lip of the uterovaginal region. Then, a cytological examination of the cervix was performed.

70-year-old female
The patient has been experiencing itching in the genital area for the past six months, and white patches are observed on the inner sides of both labia majora.
Fungal hyphae were detected with KOH, and topical therapy was administered but showed limited improvement. She visited our hospital for further evaluation.
Urine cytology was performed for screening.
